• Bank statement (PDF or CSV)
• Card spend statement
• Terminal payouts — Square connects. Toast, Clover, or Shift4: upload the payout report. Those are not live connects.

Missing a receipt is fine. Fiona drafts that line from the statement. Your tax person still files.

What I do

1. I read the statements.
2. I draft every entry. Nothing posts until you say so.
3. You approve. Then I keep the history for tax.
