What happens today

Not connected yet. If you take payment through Stripe or PayPal, connect that instead — the money side is already covered.

Why it matters to your books

Most Woo stores settle through Stripe or PayPal, so the processor connection carries the cash. The store adds order-level detail: products, discounts, tax.

What Fiona reads

• Orders and line items

• Tax collected

How to set it up

1. WooCommerce → Analytics → Orders (or your payment plugin's report) → Download CSV
2. Send the CSV to Fiona, or forward it to your Fiona inbox
3. She books the sale and, where the export includes it, the processor's fee

Questions people actually ask

My payments run through Stripe or PayPal. Which do I export?

Export the processor's report if you can — it carries the fee. The WooCommerce order export tells Fiona what sold; the processor tells her what it cost.
