How to set it up

1. Jobber → Reports → Invoices (or Payments) → export CSV
2. Send the export to Fiona, or forward it to your Fiona inbox
3. She books what you invoiced and what you collected as separate facts

Why track invoiced and collected separately?

Because the gap between them is your receivables — the money you've earned but don't have yet. It's the number that explains a profitable month with no cash in it.
