Why it matters to your books
Same shape as Ramp: the card is the primary spend rail for a lot of funded companies, and the receipt already lives next to the charge.

- Brex → Expenses → filter the period you want → Export → CSV
- Drop the CSV into Fiona, or forward it to your Fiona inbox
- She drafts each charge against your card, so it reads as money owed rather than cash spent
Questions people actually ask
Is there a direct Brex connection?
Not yet. Ramp is connected today and Brex is the same shape, so it is next in line for cards. Until then the CSV export takes about a minute a month.
Why book card spend against the card instead of cash?
Because the money hasn't left your bank yet. Booking it to the card keeps runway honest and stops the statement payment counting the same spend twice.
