Any U.S. bank
Upload · Banks & cards
Fiona reads Any U.S. bank from a file or an email — no connection needed.
What happens today
Fiona shows you the download path for your specific bank, reads the CSV or PDF statement you upload (or email in), and drafts an entry per line — including the statement's beginning and ending balance, which is what lets her prove the month reconciles.
Why it matters to your books
Direct bank connections cost money per account per month and cover a fraction of U.S. institutions well. A statement is something every bank gives you, and it carries something a feed usually doesn't: the closing balance the month has to reconcile to.
What Fiona reads
- Every transaction line on the statement
- Opening and closing balances
- Multiple accounts, one statement at a time
How to set it up
- Connect → Any U.S. bank
- Pick your bank; Fiona shows the exact download path
- Drop the CSV or PDF in — or forward it to your Fiona inbox address
Questions people actually ask
Which banks does this cover?
All of them. If your bank can produce a CSV or PDF statement — and every U.S. bank can — Fiona can read it.
Is a statement worse than a live feed?
It's less immediate and it carries a stronger proof: the closing balance. A reconciled statement month is the standard an accountant checks against.
Can I just forward the email my bank sends?
Yes. Every business gets its own Fiona inbox address — forward the statement and she files it.
